Worth the Investment, Especially with Quintessa’s Professional Team.

This was my first experience involving facial plastic surgery. My eyelids have drooped most of my life. I think it looked like sad eyes and I had bags under my eyes that looked like I wasn't sleeping. It was hereditary in my family. While my mother had surgery many years ago, her "results" prevented me from investigating this procedure myself...until I met Dr. Campbell and his staff. Here's a nationally recognized facial plastic surgeon specialist right here in Milwaukee. And the newer procedure is much less invasive, can be done in the doctor's office, and his patients' beautiful results led me to reconsider getting an eye lift myself.

PRE-SURGERY: Lauren explained the process and set clear expectations. She shared healing treatments. While some people have just the upper lids worked on, I chose to get the bags under my eyes at the same time. Why not go through the healing process one time? They called me beforehand to get everything in order and answer any questions I had. After scheduling my procedure, I met someone that also had her eyelids done at Quintessa; her eyes looked great but she wished she had taken care of the bags under her eyes too.

SURGERY DAY: The office has a very calm and professional environment. Placing my trust in Dr. Campbell and his team, I felt very confident in my decision to be there. I will admit that I appreciated the laughing gas. It was evident that Dana and Dr. Campbell were going to achieve a significant, yet subtle outcome.

POST SURGERY: I had the procedure on a Friday and Dana followed up with me on Saturday. I experienced more bruising than others. But everyone is different. Lauren explained that this might happen. I followed the ice pack and topical treatments. I did receive an in-office laser treatment to expedite healing the bruises. Lauren had told me to really look at the outcome after 8 weeks. She was right. Two different people have asked me "did you change your eye makeup"?

I wish regular doctors ran their offices like Quintessa.

My husband now wants to have the procedure done...yes, eyelids and the under-eye bags. Side note, my outcome is NOTHING like my mom's outcome...Dr. Campbell's results are very realistic. I wish I had done this sooner!
