Case Description:

After 2 kids and a previous breast augmentation, this patient was concerned with the size and shape of her breasts post-children, as well as abdominal muscle laxity and lack of contour. She had an abdominoplasty with diastasis recti repair and liposuction of her circumferential torso with a fat transfer to the hip dips. She also had a bilateral breast augmentation revision from 300 cc saline implants filled to 375 cc to 520 cc Natrelle Soft Touch full profile implants. A lateral capsulorrhaphy was performed to help the implants sit more medially, improving the cleavage lines. Finally, she received a bilateral mastopexy with TIGR mesh support for longevity.
