Breast Augmentation Revision 6

Case Description:

This patient had saline implants placed about 10 years prior. The implants had become malpositioned over the years. She also desired to downsize her implants. A bilateral breast augmentation revision with lateral capsulorrhaphy was performed. It was discovered that her implants were 350 cc filled to 425 cc on the right and 380 cc on the left. Based on this patient’s goals, 310 cc (right) and 295 cc (left) Natrelle Soft Touch moderate profile implants were placed. Age: 44 Height: 5’5″ Weight: 155 lbs
