Case Description:

This patient had a bilateral breast augmentation performed elsewhere. She desired to be larger in size and improved implant positioning. A bilateral breast augmentation revision was performed with lateral capsulorrhahpy to improve the implant lateralization and medial capsulotomy to help create more favorable cleavage lines. 450 cc Natrelle Soft Touch full profile implants were placed. Age: 38 Height: 5’2″ Weight: 100 lbs
