Breast Augmentation Revision 9

Case Description:

This patient consulted after receiving a bilateral dual plane transaxillary breast augmentation with 325 cc Mentor saline implants in 2011. She desired more volume, better shape, and better implant placement (less lateral). She received a bilateral breast augmentation revision with lateral capsulorrhaphy, to allow the implants to sit more medially creating better cleavage lines. 485 cc Natrelle Soft Touch full profile implants were placed and a periareolar mastopexy was performed to improve nipple positioning.
