This patient previously recieved a bilateral breast augmentation with silicone implants and mastopexy elsewhere. The patient desired improved implant positioning and to decrease the implant size. A bilateral breast augmentation revision with 365 cc Natrelle Soft Touch full profile implants was performed. Her mastopexy was also revised and TIGR mesh support was utilized.
