After 4 pregnancies, this patient presented with concerns about core weakness, loose skin on the abdomen, lack of breast volume and ptosis. She received an abdominoplasty with diastasis recti repair and liposuction for contouring. 405 cc (right) and 375 cc (left) Natrelle Soft Touch moderate profile implants were placed dual plane and a mastopexy was performed to improve breast shape and nipple postitioning.
