After 2 pregnancies this patient developed core weakness and back pain. She was also concered with lack of breast volume and asymmetry. An abdominoplasty with diastasis recti repair was performed with liposuction for contouring. 340 cc (right) and 300 cc (left) Motiva Round demi profile implants were placed subfascially with TIGR mesh support.
