Case Description:

This patient experienced complications with diastasis recti after 2 pregnancies as well as deflated and uneven breasts. She desired more upper pole fullness in her breasts, and a small boost in volume. This was achieved with a bilateral subfascial breast augmentation with 360 cc (right) and 320 cc (left) Motiva Ergonomix in the demi profile. A bilateral mastopexy was performed and reinforced with TIGR mesh to promote longevity of the results. An abdominoplasty with diastasis recti repair and anterior liposuction for contour was also performed. Age: 43 Height: 5’9″ Weight: 145 lbs
