Case Description:
This patient consulted after 3 pregnancies with one set of twins, a gastric sleeve placement, and after losing approximately 90 pounds. She was concerned with loose skin on the abdomen, arms, thighs, and breasts, as well as core weakness. She had staged procedures, meaning that all areas could not be safely addressed in a single surgery. First, a bilateral brachioplasty (arm lift) and breast reduction was performed to address laxity of the arms and breasts. Second, a torsoplasty (lower body lift) with diastasis recti repair addressed skin laxity of the circumferential torso and core weakness. The final procedure was a vertical medial thigh lift to address laxity of the thighs. Age: 30 Height: 5’5″ Weight: 220 lbs
