Michelle is a Wisconsin state certified Aesthetician with an intense passion for the cosmetics industry and skin care. She completed her undergraduate degree at the University of Wisconsin-Whitewater, then continued on to complete her Masters in Business Administration. She is a graduate of the Aesthiology program at The Institute of Beauty and Wellness and has been in practice since 2010.
As the leading Practice Manager of Quintessa Aesthetic Centers, Michelle strives to be a passionate and dynamic leader whom continually seeks to find process and efficiency improvements, and continually contributes to the growth of her colleagues and evolution of Quintessa’s respected and highly successful practices.

She loves developing strategies to grow service and retail goals, and develop a unique menu of services to meet patient and clinic needs.
