Aesthetic advisor Olivia is a valuable member of the customer support team at the Quintessa Aesthetic Resource Center in Mequon, WI. Olivia creates a warm, friendly, and honest atmosphere where patients feel comfortable expressing their concerns and discussing treatment options, including hair restoration, body sculpting, and skin rejuvenation. Patients are thrilled with the warm experience they encounter when they meet with Olivia to discuss their concerns, hopes, and goals. 
Olivia answers questions, discusses treatment options, and matches patients with an outstanding Quintessa plastic surgeon or skincare expert. When she doesn’t instantly know the answer to a question, she takes her time to research the question, talks to the providers, and returns with the help needed. She is passionate about connecting patients with tailored options using surgical procedures like Brazilian butt lift, facelift surgery, mommy makeover surgery, and non-surgical treatments like laser skin resurfacing, facial fillers, Coolsculpting, and Botox.

I am passionate about connecting people with the services they desire because it restores their confidence and diminishes their biggest insecurities. I experience the greatest joy when I see the big smile, relief, and excitement on a client’s face after their treatment.
