Valerie serves as the Clinical Director for all Quintessa Aesthetic Centers. She has in-depth knowledge of healthcare compliance and risk management. Before joining Quintessa, she worked for various hospital systems in the Greater Milwaukee area for over 12 years. 

Valerie is a passionate leader who believes in the power of teamwork and building relationships to deliver exceptional patient experiences. Her priority is to balance clinical best practices to ensure our patients are satisfied and leave feeling confident and beautiful.
