Cooltone & Emsculpt Muscle Building Treatment
There are many different non-surgical body contouring treatments out there, and two of the most popular are CoolTone and Emsculpt. Both of these treatments are FDA-approved and produce desired results.
Both CoolTone and Emsculpt focus on building muscles, but there are minor differences to be aware of. If you are wondering CoolTone or Emsculpt, which one is better for me? Continue reading below about the similarities and differences between CoolTone and Emsculpt.
How Are CoolTone & Emsculpt Treatments similar?
Both of these treatments stimulate the muscles to make them more firm and tone. Each treatment will last for 30 minutes and will induce around 20,000 contractions per session. Whichever one you choose, Both of these treatments are non-invasive, and you will experience little to no muscle soreness after. Both are FDA approved for their treatment area of the buttocks, abdomen & thighs.
What makes Emsculpt and CoolTone different?
When looking at how both treatments work with the body, CoolTone and Emsculpt are similar. However, Emsculpt uses high-intensity, focused electromagnetic energy (HIFEM), to contour your target area, while CoolTone uses magnetic muscle stimulation (MMS). CoolTone is more intense and delivers about 50% more magnetic intensity which could lead to desired results more quickly.
